Awesome Cheetah

This beauty decided to pop up from the deep grass when it heard the call of some lions nearby. We were able to catch its curious look, then seconds later the head would drop out of sight.

But still, a cool chance to catch a neat shot.

With this 600 mm magnification, I was able to keep the close grass to the animal out of focus, as the image isolates solely on the expression.

Maybe one leaf too many in front of the face?

Never perfect, but fun trying!
