Dodging the Thorns!

Much like our lives, we all need to dodge a few thorns to survive.

European bee-eater

I saw this as a cool wing position for a lift off shot. These beauties were having a good time with all the bugs, and lies that came into Tarangire National Park after the season’s rains.

Wonderful colours, and an incredible lifestyle as they make flights all day long to snatch bugs out of the air. I would love to visit their nesting areas in Europe some day, now that would be amazing to see and photograph.
