Fischer's lovebird

A lift off pose as this very cute parrot was chasing its mate across the open vegetation in Ndutu. Neat to catch a flight shot, but his is only about 25% of the full frame on the a9 sensor (24mp).

So lets just say I am stretching it to the limit!

Anyhow, a fun snap shot, with poor background, and yes, better then nothing! We see such wonderful colours on this beauty.

The birds were so good to us on this tour! Next February, we hope to go again!
