Long-tailed ducks in flight.

We spent the afternoon in Hamilton taking images in very difficult conditions! Dark, low ceiling, snow, dull light! The worst light for these ducks!

But, I love a challenge, and I have not been out very much during the last couple of weeks. Maria and I had some fun, blazed off a ton of images, and from here, we ventured over to LaSalle Marina to check out the Canvasback ducks.

Then a few shots of a screech owl, and a trip home.

Daisy came along for the ride, and a hot dog at Easterbrooks in Burlington. So a fun afternoon with the gals, after a very late night watching movies! (6 am to bed!) Way too late!

Also, I thought these ducks looked pretty good for ISO 3,200!
