Our Program:

Traveling to Ecuador is a brilliant experience.  Safe,

clean and a natural wonder.  We visit multiple

lodges in the mountains either on the east slope,

or the west slope of the Andes Mountain range. We

land in Quito, from the airport our driver will pick

us up and travel to the nearby lodge.

First some bird photography, then dinner, and a good

rest! All the amenities! Clean rooms, superb food and

services. The birds are right outside the door!  We also

will travel into the nearby small town for a cultural

visit, shopping, and possibly a meal.

During our stay at each lodge, we will pay

visits to local locations to

find different species, environments, and photo opportunities.

Our driver is always very knowledgeable, and great with

helping us with luggage and ground management logistics.

Daily Itinerary:

Each day is a new adventure.  A great

set of meals prepared to accommodate our schedule.

We start with a quick coffee at dawn, then photography

until breakfast is ready.  Lunch and dinner with lots

of great photography in-between.  To see the variety

of species, have a look here in the Ecuador Gallery.

Fees:

Depending on how many guests, and the time of year of our tour

the fees may vary. Ranging from $1,600.00 USD to $3,900.00 USD

in total.  The fee is broken down into two parts, a fee paid directly

to me for guiding, and the ground service fee to my partner in Ecuador.

We all pay my ground service company the fees for the tour.  My

partner is a very awesome lady named Carmen Bustamante.  She

manages all the property's we visit, and the restaurants,

along with running many birding tours.  We each  book

our own flights, and meet up in Quito on a specified date.

What is Included?

All guiding fees, photography instruction,  planning, management

will be covered by myself.  I will help you prepare for your trip,

cameras, lenses, accessories, medications, everything

you need to know before you get going!

All ground travel with a private driver, 15 person van,  rooms,

meals, coffee and water is included.  Pick up and return to

the airport is also included.  We cover all the bases!

Not Included?

We do not include personal items, international air travel, medical

or personal insurance, alcoholic drinks and tips.
