Black kite

This beauty did a sweet flyby for us during some slight overcast while we were in the crater. I was lucky to catch a nice topside view and a smooth background with the crater wall.

I believe the Black kites migrate south from Europe for the winter to Tanzania,

I did enjoy working with the new camera and lens to photograph these beauties in flight. We were very lucky to have so many entertaining birds to photograph on this tour, more than I have seen in the past.
